Welcome! It takes courage to be curious and to seek support.
On a professional note:
I received my Masters in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology from the University of Washington. My graduate internship with Compass Child and Family led me to work with clients and their families with varying diagnoses. I have been privileged to live and work among diverse communities through performative arts to educate against stigmas of people living with disabilities.
On a personal note:
I believe in the importance of evidence based treatment. Therapeutic relationships are transactional and my part is to make treatment relevant to my client. I’m willing to use my entire breadth of experience to help my clients meet their goals while meeting them where they are. Therapy happens more outside of session so when supporting a client, I utilize their full care system; this can include everyone from parents to pets!
I provide in-person and online treatment.
As a cis, white, able-bodied person, I am aware of my many dominant identities and am committed to pushing myself out of my comfort zone in pursuit of growth and change. In this pursuit I also seek the professional support of direct supervision, consult team and trainings.
My many interests include rowing, traveling and watering my social garden.
